Our Chai Masala is ground fresh every week in small batches. We put a lot of love in this mix. We prepare our Masala with Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Cloves, Fennel and Black pepper. When you grind your spices, you unlock so much flavor as opposed to leaving your spices whole. We hope you try it and let us know how it goes. Send us some feedback on your chai making.
